Smoke at 225 degrees 110c.
Chuck roast on green mountain pellet grill.
Wrap the roast in aluminum foil adding 1 2.
Put a coat of garlic pepper with a little salt on the meat.
Rinse it under cold running water and blot dry with paper towels.
Pour it over the roast careful not to wash all of the rub off then lift the corner of roast.
Next wrap the roasts individually in either butcher paper or foil adding 1 8 cup of beer to each one.
Place roast on cooking grate and cook for 3 to 4 hours or until the meat reached an internal temperature of 160 to 165.
Combine rub ingredients and apply evenly to the entire surface of the chuck roast.
Start with a chuck roast in the 5 pound range.
