This video shows the steps required to install a cobb short throw shifter in your 2011 subaru wrx installation instr. I have installed the rear bushing on two cars now the first one was on my friends car and it went rather smoothly. Like our original design the shift throw distance and shift knob height are independently adjustable and both can easily be adjusted with the shifter installed in the vehicle. It was fairly simple.

The socket head cap screws that come on the dual adjustable shifter are garbage in my opinion. I come from a z so i still felt the throw was way too long for me.
